What your fees?
PRM offers a very competitive fee structure that is simple and straightforward, without all the undisclosed nickel and dime fees found with many of our competitors. Our fee structure includes the following:

- Low monthly management fees – NO RENTAL INCOME, NO MONTHLY CHARGE!
- No upfront marketing or leasing fees – this fee is deducted from your new tenant’s first month rent!

Does PRM deal with home owners’ associations?
Yes. Once your property is contracted with PRM, we will work with you to arrange for all HOA bills, notices and violations to come to our office so that we may be proactive in addressing issues. Should a HOA violation occur once your property is occupied, we will work directly with your tenant to coordinate payment of the fines.
How does PRM deal with after-hours emergencies?
We maintain a 24 hour a day emergency maintenance system. Emergency repairs will be addressed immediately. Owners are required to maintain a $300 operating reserve for use during emergency situations.
What debt collection services does PRM undertake?
PRM’s experienced property managers are skilled at enforcing the terms of the lease with tenants and the debt collection process. As your property management company, we will perform all necessary services required when a tenant is delinquent with rents. PRM may terminate tenancy, process eviction, recover possession of your property, reinstate tenancy and settle lawsuits and disputes on your behalf.
